Toward & Away Moves
Some of what you do in a day moves you closer to the person you want to be, and some of it carries you off in another direction. This exercise, borrowed from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, asks you to pick one value and sort your everyday behavior by which way it takes you.
Nothing you type here is saved or sent anywhere. Your answers live in the browser tab and disappear when you close it. Print them or save as a PDF to keep.
